Governance

ESP is operated by Emerging Scholars Program, Inc., a Virginia independent non-profit corporation. The governing board of ESP Inc. is composed of the Head of each consortium school or a designee from the school’s administration and trustees from the governing boards of consortium schools.

Additional participating schools may accept ESP graduates, but these schools are not represented on ESP's governing board.
