Additional Services

One of the most difficult challenges ESP students may face is adjusting socially and emotionally to a new environment in an independent school. Both ESP staff and participating school personnel work together to address a wide range of individual challenges that may arise.

Additional services include:

• Continuous contact with and mentoring ESP representatives
• Consistent monitoring of students and prompt response to individual issues during and after completion of ESP’s 14-month student enrichment program
• Guidance for each student in selecting his/her independent school
• Parent education and support activities
• A student advisor program that will provide mentoring of new ESP students by ESP graduates
