• Citizenship: Citizen or permanent resident of the United States

• Location: DC Metropolitan Area

• Grade: Currently in Grade 4 within public school (if below Grade 4 please email us before filling out this form)

• Income: Have significant financial need

The Ideal Candidate for Emerging Scholars:

• Has an overall academic average of B+ or above

• Currently enrolled in Public School

• Participates in extracurricular activities in school and the community

• Demonstrates leadership potential

• Receives positive teacher recommendations
